Terrible customer service!

I downloaded the app and was exploring the features. I ended up clicking on "unlock this feature" and was charged for the full version. No confirmation, no warning, nothing. I tried to contact customer service (only available by email of course), but its been almost 2 weeks with no response to help fix this error. This is obviously terrible customer service!
